We are a multi-specialty practice looking for an experienced hygienist to become part of our family and care for our patients as we do. This full time position will be split between 2 offices. One is located in Plano close to George Bush/Tollway and the second office is located in Downtown Dallas. 

About the practice: ProDental Dallas is a growing practice that was started over 40 years ago by a general dentist. Prosthodontist, Dr. Jason Roe, acquired the practice 10 years ago, and we’ve grown exponentially, adding 2 more prosthodontists. An oral surgeon is also expected to join the team in the near future. Our doctors are supported by an amazing team of two stellar hygienists and seven dental assistants along with our skilled administrative professionals.

At ProDental Dallas, we’re obsessed with providing the highest standard of care and service to our patients. Using some of the most cutting-edge technology available in the dental field, our mission is to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex needs along with maintaining the oral health of our own active patient base. 

About this position: We're looking for a talented, polished, team-oriented hygienist to join us in our Plano office 3 days per week and in the Dallas location 2 days a week. We're a growing, established, fee-for-service specialty practice focusing on complex cosmetic and reconstructive dentistry.

Requirements: Team-oriented, with humor, enthusiasm and consideration of others.  Ability to project a positive, warm and professional image.  Must be articulate and service-oriented. Ability to multitask, take initiative and must have excellent time management skills. Professional, confident, calm, and compassionate with patients. Reliable and prompt. Must be comfortable calling recall patients during down times and share responsibility for keeping the schedule full. At least 3 years experience as a hygienist is preferred.

Pay is commensurate with experience.  This full time position qualifies for benefits to include paid time off, paid holidays, matching retirement and health insurance contributions, production bonuses, and free dental care.

Office Hours by Location: 

Plano: Monday-Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 8:45am - 12pm

Dallas: Monday-Thursday 6:45am - 4:00pm, Friday 6:45 - 12pm
